This is my next weekend project: a pom pom garland. I will be attempting to make an ultra cute pom pom garland that I shall hang above my work desk. I think I will be making really fluffy pom pom balls out of cute colours like beige, pastel pink, lilac, butter yellow and baby blue. I can’t wait! Stay tuned for photos ;)
Fun fact: Did you know that my puppy’s name is Pom Pom? Yup, he looks just like one!

This is what’s on my work desk tonight. I am making some long vintage necklaces out of those antique gold orb lockets and contemporary earrings out of these vintage glass buttons I found. Stay tuned to see the end product! Better yet, why not join me on my fb page? Good night all xx

My Melbourne trip in photos…
Oh hello there! So on my recent trip to Melbourne, Australia, I stumbled upon this ultra cool Gift Wrapping mini zine by Hello Sandwich which had all these cool ideas about DIY handmade packaging , from adorable confetti bows to colourful pom pom - embellished gift wrapping. I love the idea of handmade gifts and packaging…it is very thoughtful and pretty all at the same time :)
So I decided to get creative and make my own gift wrapping to go with a handmade birthday present for a dear friend of mine, and this is what I came up with…(psst: click on the link to see)
This made my list of items to ‘do it myself’ :)

This is the necklace I made today - it is a Victorian filigree design with champagne coloured Swarovski crystals on a long gold chain ♥
I’m doing this for my next birthday party. Love the pastel balloons and paper clouds
